Akai-Umi

I have no need for the angst the overplayed depression so often found in poetry So loved by the poets of the world It grows in each shadow under your bed in the corners of your living room It is the best of writing to them as though the shadows of the world are the only places where the best of flowers can shoot for the sky Their "exotic flower" is no more graceful nor "special" than a run of the mill dandelion. Yet somehow the dandelions find their way into the crowns and garlands of the Gods and Goddess And the ocean of Marigolds of roses of flowers of all types is left unregarded, untouched.
